Together We Prepare

The Together We Prepare initiative encourages five actions that every individual and family should take to better prepare themselves for an emergency or disaster. This presentation is ideal for individuals who want to learn lifesaving skills but do not need to receive certification.

The purpose of this course is to introduce participants to the concept of emergency preparedness, including the need to plan for emergencies, to stay safe and for building and maintaining a disaster supplies kit. In this course participants will also learn the principles of first aid.

Preparing for the Unexpected

The purpose of this course is to provide families, communities and businesses with information about how they can prepare for any time of disaster, including a terrorist attack, and respond to direction from authorities.
